Direct Debit

Definition: A bank instruction that lets a company pull variable amounts from your account on agreed dates, protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

The Guarantee gives an immediate refund for any payment taken in error or against the agreed schedule. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or via online banking.
