Pension Dashboards staged launch begins for large schemes

Larger occupational and personal pension schemes have started connecting to the new dashboards platform, with public launch planned for 2027.

The first wave of pension schemes — the largest defined contribution and personal pension providers — began connecting to the Pensions Dashboards Programme platform this spring. The dashboards will eventually allow people to see all their UK pensions, including the State Pension, in one place.

Public access is not yet open. The government has set a 'dashboards available point' that will follow once enough schemes are connected to make the service useful, currently expected in 2027.

In the meantime, people who have lost track of old workplace pensions can use the free government Pension Tracing Service (gov.uk/find-pension-contact-details). State Pension forecasts are available via the personal tax account at gov.uk.

The dashboards will not allow transactions — initially they will be view-only. Industry codes of conduct govern how third-party 'commercial' dashboards (likely from major providers) will operate alongside the official MoneyHelper dashboard.
