## In short

Money Guide uses AI-assisted research and drafting, primary-source checks and a public corrections record. A source check is distinct from a documented professional review.

## Skip this if

This explains how Money Guide publishes information. It does not provide individual financial or legal advice.

## What is a guide for?

A guide should answer a practical question, explain relevant UK jurisdiction and exceptions, and connect readers with useful official routes. Examples should state their assumptions. A longer page is not automatically a better answer.

## How are sources used?

Research uses the authority or provider responsible for the information. ONS statistics are a primary source for the figures ONS publishes. Secondary commentary is distinguished from the underlying rule. Contradictions or unavailable evidence should be stated rather than guessed.

## Who checks a page?

Kaiser Khan is the named Editorial Director and the publisher is responsible for the content. The recorded September 2026 work includes AI-assisted source comparisons and drafting. It is not evidence that a second human editor or a named specialist approved every page.

A professional-review claim requires a record identifying the person, page, date, scope and supporting evidence. A profile, qualification or article date alone is insufficient.

## When is content updated?

Reported errors, policy announcements and dated content are prioritised for further checking. No universal review interval is promised. Update dates and source-check notes describe the work recorded for that page; they do not certify the entire library.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I challenge a guide?

Email editor@moneyguide.org.uk with the URL, the disputed statement and a source. Substantive corrections are listed at /corrections/.

### Does a related-service recommendation affect independence?

Instant Deed Poll, SwiftWill and our other partner sites share our operator. Links to them are a disclosed commercial relationship, not an independent market ranking. Relevant free routes and limitations should remain clear.
